This phone case is made to order. Due to this product nature, it is not eligible for exchange and return.

Blank product sourced from South Korea.

Care instructions: Clean with a soft damp cotton or microfiber cloth.

Avoid contact with alcohol and sun creams.
When will I receive my phone case?

Orders to Hong Kong will take around 8 to 20 business days.

This includes:

3 to 5 business days to process and print my design onto this phone case by a print supplier located either in South Korea, Australia, US, UK or Italy, depending on proximity and capacity.

It will then proceed to shipping.

Estimated shipping time to Hong Kong: 5 to 15 business days

The above estimated processing time and shipping time may be longer for holidays.
Do you accept exchange and return?

All phone cases are made to order. Due to this product nature, they are not eligible for exchange and return.

However, if incorrect phone case is shipped to you or product damaged due to delivery, please send an email to contact@goweekendmode.com with
photo of the product within 7 days of receiving your phone case.

Please include your order number in your email subject line and photo of product received. I will arrange sending a new phone case to you.
Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you may cancel within one hour from placing your order.
